WonderTales Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using WonderTales ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Description of service
WonderTales is an app that creates personalized, AI-generated stories for children. You can add child profiles, choose themes and art styles, and generate stories that feature your child as a character. Content is intended for family use under parental supervision.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App and to create or manage accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share account access with others.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm others or the service. You may not use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for children. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse.
Subscription and payments
Paid subscriptions (e.g. Storyteller, Family) are billed through the App Store according to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled by Apple. We may change pricing or features with notice where required by law.
Intellectual property
WonderTales and its branding, design, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. Stories you create are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without separate permission.
Disclaimer
The App and generated content are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that stories will be error-free or suitable for every child. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with children.
